Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Customers join from a QR code or a link and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The Wallet pass is their loyalty card.
Which phones and wallets are supported?
iPhones with Apple Wallet and Android phones with Google Wallet. Customers on other devices can still join and view their card in a browser.
How does staff scanning work?
Staff open MyPerkCard in any phone or tablet browser, scan the customer's QR code, tap to add a stamp or points, and the Wallet pass updates.
What happens if a customer loses their phone?
The card lives in their Wallet account. They can re-add it from their join link or account, and their balance stays with their loyalty account.
Can I change a program after launch?
Yes. You can adjust branding and rules. Existing stamps and points are kept, and changes apply to the Wallet pass automatically.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can change or cancel from the billing portal. Start on Free and upgrade when you need more.
Where is customer data stored?
Application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and payments are handled by Stripe. See our security and privacy pages for details.
